Who we are
68% of teens want to learn about money in school. Only 31% get the chance. We built Mintshift to close that gap.

OUR MISSION
Mintshift exists because the financial system was never designed to teach children how to thrive inside it.
Kids grow up hearing that money is important. But almost no one shows them how it actually works — how it moves, how it grows, how it disappears, and how to make it work for them instead of against them.
That gap doesn't close on its own. And waiting until adulthood to learn is expensive.
We built Mintshift to close it early — through engaging, age-appropriate learning that meets kids where they are and gives parents the tools to carry the conversation home.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe financial education is not a luxury. It's a life skill.
We believe kids are more capable than most curricula give them credit for.
We believe parents are the most powerful financial educators in a child's life — and they deserve real support, not just a pamphlet.
We believe wealth-building habits built early compound just like interest does. The earlier they start, the further they go.
And we believe a family that learns about money together builds something more powerful than a lesson plan. They build a shared language, a shared mindset, and a foundation that lasts.
WHO WE SERVE
Mintshift is built for families.
That means the child doing the learning and the parent making it possible.
Our resources are designed to grow alongside your kids — from the basics of earning and saving to the bigger ideas of budgeting, investing, and building real wealth. No matter where your family is starting from, there's a place for you here.
We don't assume every family looks the same or starts in the same place. We do assume every family deserves access to the kind of financial knowledge that changes outcomes.
WHY MINTSHIFT
The word mint has always meant more than a building where coins are made.
It means to create something of value. To build something from nothing.
And shift is intentional — because what we're after isn't a single lesson. It's a mindset shift. A generational shift. The kind that happens when a kid grows up understanding money instead of fearing it.
Mintshift is where that shift starts.
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Schools are not filling the financial education gap. The Financial Brand Most parents want to teach their kids about money — but weren't taught well themselves. The cycle continues until someone decides to break it.
That's what Mintshift is for.
We're not here to replace what happens in classrooms. We're here to build what the classroom left out — and to make sure the families who are ready to do something different have everything they need to make it happen.
